setelah berhasil bikin proxy pakai squid di winxp, akan di coba nambahin local resolver dns pakai bind9(windows precompile binary)
step pertama, nginstall bind9 di winxp
download precompile bind9 untuk windows di sini:

terakhir test browsing salah satu video youtube, untuk pertama kali memang masih di stream langsung dari server youtube.
tutup browser, buka kembali dan arahkan ke url video yg sama di youtube. kalo proses cachingnya berhasil, menurut pengamatan penulis proses load nya sudah dari lokal cache/disk
selesai semua usaha kita untuk mengcaching yg seharus nya kita load directly dari server nya di internet

setelah itu klik start->run->services.msc, rstart services squid
terakhir test browsing salah satu video youtube, untuk pertama kali memang masih di stream langsung dari server youtube.
tutup browser, buka kembali dan arahkan ke url video yg sama di youtube. kalo proses cachingnya berhasil, menurut pengamatan penulis proses load nya sudah dari lokal cache/disk
selesai semua usaha kita untuk mengcaching yg seharus nya kita load directly dari server nya di internet
ngonek terus dialer
ni bat file untuk yang suka nendang, lebih mangstap dari pada always keep a live dan redial if line drop option.

Installasi Squid di Windows XP XL LUNA
Konfigurasi squid.conf seperti biasa, tapi kali ini lebih sederhana karena hanya memerlukan perubahan pada TAG: http_port dan dns_nameservers yang bisa disesuaikan dengan keadaan jaringan Anda. Kemudian bagi komputer yang akan dipasang DeepFreeze di partisi C, maka cache direktory dapat dialihkan ke partisi lain, yang tentunya harus Anda buatkan satu direktory di partisi tersebut bernama “cache”. Setelah download, extrak file squid.zip ke C:/squid
kemudian masuk Command Prompt (Run >> cmd)
ketik:
cd C:\squid\sbin
squid -z
squid -d 1 –D
Disini perlu kita close dlu Command Prompt, kemudian kita masuk kembali Command Prompt dan kita ketik
cd C:\squid\sbin
squid -O -D
squid -i
Masuk ke service (Run>> services.msc), cari service bernama Squid >> klik kanan >> Start.
Set internet option pada Control Panel >> Internet Option >> tab Connections >> LAN Settings >> Proxy server >> Address (nama/ip_komputer_squid) >> Port (3128 atau disesuaikan)
Set broser Mozilla Firefox >> Tools >> Option >> Advanced >> Network >> Settings >> Manual config … >> HTTP Proxy (isi dengan nama/ip_komputer_squid) >> Port (3128 atau disesuaikan).
